Dentist month?

This morning we went to Clarissa's dentist appointment...
It was for cleaning..

The dental hygiene asked friendly:
"What flavour do you want my dear:..Cherry,Strawberry,Mint,Bublegum , ... , ..., ..Cookie dough?"

I'm smilling.... What?
Cookie dough flavour for cleaning? :)

But I guess thats the way they made it to cheer up the kids
BTW, its a Pediactric Dentistry...(they sure know what they are doing)

The cleaning was OK, and the dental hygiene told us to use the dental floss everyday....yes everyday...and mommy has to help & check her everytime.
(yaa...orang maminya aja males pake everyday hehe)

The next part was fluoride, and again she asked what flavour (she has some different choices): Raspberry, Grape... ,... ,Watermellon...:)))..aneh2 wae wong bule iki..

The last part is the dentist check her..(remember she has a small surgery last 2 weeks)
The doctor has a "not so good" news, the surgery went well, but........
There is something to do, he will put something to make the gum on the right place (note: the broken teeth was not her fault, its unsual, it caused by a new teet came the wrong way)

So, we need another 2 appointment, plus 1 for regular filling, makes it 3 appointments in a row..
So, that means I have to go there 3 more times, plus Daniel's dental check up next month, makes it 4 trip to the dentsit, plus another clarissa's dental check up scheduled for 6 months...

For a few seconds, I felt like.....Oh NO !!!

But, after that I realized how lucky & blessed we are...that she is in a good hand, and we have a dental insurance now, and I am able to drive her and give her the best I can do

(Before, in MN , when my husband was a gradstudent, we didn't have a dental ins and we have to pay a lot for every dental procedure. Later we bought a dental insurance, but ..still it didn't work well .We can't go to a pediatric dentistry, so we have to bring clarissa to a regular dentist)

back to the story...

I tried to ask for some morning appt, so my husband can help, but since the first two are ASAP, we dont have any choice, we will get the early morning for the 3rd one

So, this month will be full of appointment, other than 4 dental appointment, we have another 3 different one, our annual check up (called physical here) : For Clarissa, for me and for my husband....
