saturday before christmas

This is the first line of our first blog.... :) excited.......
This blog is dedicated to Clarissa & Daniel, our beloved children... and my wonderful husband, Hadrian, to whom I married 7 years ago
And inspired by some bloggers : Astri, Anita.......thanks to both of you, and others..too many to mention...

Today is saturday, we will some guest coming for lunch. They are 3 guys from Indonesia, one of them is the one who were helping us finding an apartment in Amherst 4 months ago, the other two are Umass graduate students. Today is the first day we 'll meet 2 of them.

We cooked many kinds of food since yesterday, and cleaning the house all the time. :) since the kids never let a toy in the same place for 1 hour :)
Their dad brought them to the library 2 hours before the guest coming...and here mommy doing the last minute touch

At 1 o'clock they are coming...and....

this is the best part....LUNCH TIME........
Ayam goreng kuning version 1: salty-mommy's style.. version 2: medium
Gulai sayur+daging sapi (mommy's style)
Telur balado (pedess)


Perkedel jagung
Sambel terasi..duh baunya...semoga tetangga ngga pada ngamuk...jendela & fan udah dibuka, masih tetap aja gak ilang2 hehe

Dessertnya:

Kolak biji salak+pisang
Pisang goreng..agak2 gosong...
Timus...(tahu gak sih, itu makanan dr ubi dialusin dikasi tepung kanji ama gula terus digoreng)
Teh anget (merk Tong Tjie)
Kita makan sampe kenyang, tp Daniel bobok dan rissa ngumpet di kamar, krn takut sama om2nya..pdhal mereka baik2 lho..

duh judulnya kok gak ada hubungannya ya..gak papa deh, hari ini kita emang gak ngelakuin yg ada hubnya ama christmas sih...
